Is there another gasket sealant available from permatex or someone else.3M-847 is no where to be found around me.Looking for something good to use on lower end.. Thanks Russ…

Permatex Anaerobic is a good product. I don’t have access to the product number, but I have some on hand and can let you know.

Permatex Ultra Black or Adhesive Sealant are excellent replacements for the 3M-847 when sealing up gearcases. I like to let it setup overnight though before filling with oil.
