Tank testing this 62T I picked up at Tomahawk this year.
Motor was missng a waterline on the port side and the carburetor clamp was broken.

The orignal Eisemann mag & coils produces a spark but I opted to use a refurbished mag & rotor from a 72T I also picked up at Tomahawk.  Bill A. gifted me the waterline & carb clamp.

With the replacement parts in place and a carb bowl of 16/1 it took but 3 rope overs to produce firing in both cylinders.  This morning I’ll put the gas tank on and put er in the test tank. Water is turning hard again here in a few days.

Carburetors on the 62 & 72 are different, as are other features. I like the muffler and side shell components on the 62 over the 72, it’s easier to assemble and just appears to be a much more solid design.

Asking for feedback and information on inital setting for both carburetors and start up.

      Thanks

      T..

Here are the starting instructions if you don’t already have then. If you position the magneto lever too far to the right when starting, if the plugs fire, the motor will try to yank your arm off. Have fun!!! Tubs

A "Boat House Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

Your video link is set to privet. Can only see it if you send it in an email.  Need to change it to unlisted so we can see it. Tubs
