Probably should not have removed these 2 key, I don’t recall why I did.

I reassembled to test the rebuilt mag plate after the coil swap (spark at both plugs now) :). I ran into some difficulty removing the flywheel after testing. I backed the flywheel nut off and the flywheel was free from the tappered shaft but was hanging up on the woodruff key that moved/rotated causing it to hang up on the tapered shaft. With a little giggling I was able to free it up.

Would a blue locktite  or another product help keep the “2 piece keys” in place?

The keys are set in place when the flywheel is placed on the shaft and when I attempted pulled the flywheel it hung up.

Pics of shaft/woodruff keys & refurbed mag plate. Put in a new EP125 condenser, plug &  kill swithch wires, salvaged and used the original plug wire terminations. I prefer the look of the old stuff.
