AOMCI Site Page Search Box

By far the AOMCI web site is most difficult web site that I have ever attempted to use.  I’m sure it’s due to my lack of experience navigating the site.  But will someone please explain to me how to use the search box.  I enter mercury mark 55, the results returned is “LaBelle/Ft. Myers Area Meet First Meet 2019 – 2020 Season”  what the heck.  Am I to believe there is absolutely nothing on the entire AMOCI web site with regard to the mark 55?

I’m also looking for information on a 1957 Lone Star Malibu.  Type that into google and it brings up an AMOCI page, but when entered in the AOMCI web site search box it brings anything but.

I have searched for an instruction page without any success.

You are correct;  the SEARCH field at the top of the main page only searches the public areas of the site and does not search the forums themselves.  To search the forums…..enter something into the SEARCH field and when that screen opens….scroll down a ways and on the right you will see another SEARCH FORUMS field.  Use that field and you will get better results.

Another way;  as a Member…is to go to the MEMBERS ONLY/ACTIVE MEMBERS FORUM on the main menu above .  There is another search field there that will also search the forums.
