Armature plate replace

I am trying to install a new armature plate kit (0580871) in a 1958 Evinrude Sportwin 10hp. Problem there is no instruction sheet. Does anyone have a copy of the instruction sheet or can someone explain how this goes together.
Thank you again as you all have helped me very mush in getting this motor up and running.

This is what I have found – hope it helps.

The brass ring shown in your picture bolts to the motor and holds the ring to which the magneto bolts. Be sure the tapered side is down and the flat stepped side is up.
