        Excellent point Mumbles
        That’s why I purchased the Marine cable and wires along with all the shrink sleeve connectors. The other thing is because I built the boat from scratch, I have to register it as a home built. In Wisconsin where I live the DNR may or may not at their discretion inspect the boat prior to issuing a registration for it. I would not want to have to tear it all apart and do it again for failure to pass that safety inspection.

          I would not install any thing till it is registered. that way they can’t knock it down.
