I guess they have filed for chapter 11, with some reports of debt around a billion, with a “B.” Where do I sign up to learn Chinese? I guess gotta get ahead of this wave.

August 12, 2020 at 7:19 pm #211470I read somewhere recently that some private equity firm was buying them out but no info yet on how they would move forward. B&S supposedly had a net loss of over $50 million in 2019 before Covid-19 even showed up. How does that happen?

No he didn’t. Just before the Chapter 11 filing, he took home a $1.0M bonus.

Are they being undercut by the Chinese, or is it a quality issue when compared to Honda/Suzuki stuff…. Wish there is something that can be done to prevent this….Our country better get our act together, and soon…

Bill,
Maine Public Radio just had their fund-raising program and one of the gifts for a pledge was a years subscription to “Babbel”. You can learn as many languages as you want within the year!
