Tillotson site has a listing of the many versions of MS series carburetors giving a service kit part number for many including MS113A and MS115A
There MIGHT be a NOS kit out there that MAY include what is needed,
The carburetor in photo appears complete, so I assume you are after the
items typically found in a rebuild kit…gaskets, needle and seat.
From what I was able to find out repro kits are expensive if available.
Louis
Be aware that Tillotson, Kiekhaever, and repro kits do not share common part numbers for parts or kits.
For gaskets alone you might want to invest in a set of gasket punches,
scissors and razor knife. The video on making gaskets is exceptionally
informative …I thought I know how to make gaskets…now I know better
technique are there to be learned.
LouisJuly 13, 2020 at 5:23 pm #208519I want to thank all who has contributed and added contacts in their post. I have talked to Tom Thuerwacher who was great help and explained the carb very well. I also talked to Joe Poole of Ferguson Poole and he was able to get me a couple parts I needed. Both were very helpful and can provide help, info, and parts for old Mercurys.
Again Thanks To All

July 13, 2020 at 10:42 pm #208569Louis, I can’t seem to find the ms info on the tillotson site regarding which tillotson parts kit would be for each carb. I can’t seem to make sense of their numbers on those little blue envelopes of parts.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
ScottJuly 14, 2020 at 8:48 pm #208622Honest, it is there…somewhere. I just tried to find it again and could not.
Essentially the Tillotson MS series was used on Willys Knight automobile, Indian motorcycle, small engines and outboard motors,
That indicates MS came in wide enough range of sizes. so kitrs would not be one size fits all. As I recall the kit part # that applied to MS113 and
MS115 were same and was also listed for some other carburetor models
Interesting part was that the application, the MS series number and the
kit part number were on one line. Like all things on internet, the sturr you want is the needle in the digital hay stack.
If I find it again I will share how to get there. The list of applications is for reference only. In the unlikely event you
find a NOS Tillotson Parts Kit knowing the part number of the kit you
seek will pay off big time. Kiekhaefer Part # is 1399-543
Tillotson and repro kit # are not same.Louis

July 15, 2020 at 7:45 am #208662Just retraced my steps and this is what I have found on tillotson.ie Search tillotsoncarburetors and the first item is Carburetors-Tillotson click it. In the paragraph the word vintage (in red) click it and scroll to bottom. See a list of MS carbs.
Hope this helps

Discount marine has a generic kit for all Tillotson MS carburetors. It includes many parts (25-30). I just ordered one (38.95) so we’ll see if it’s adequate, etc.
