      Hello all experts;

      Been away for a bit. Back at the ’58 CD-15 rebuild. Scraping around the Web and happened upon a water pump complete kit rebuild, #0763758, though not in the parts manual or Marine Engine, etc. Any thoughts appreciated. I think there is a caution on metal or plastic impeller housing.

      Thanks TIA

      Donald

        Yes, it is a valid BRP replacement water pump kit.  Now this is the smaller impeller with a plastic housing and a metal core liner.  Once you switch to this kit, you must use the smaller impeller.  Not knowing what your old water pump looks like, I would just install a new impeller kit #379764.  I hope this helps!

        Regards,

        Rick

          Thanks a bunch Rick. I didn’t drop the lower unit yet but now I know what to do. I’ll look into the #379764 as well.
