Champion 7 Spark plug Replacement

The 1920’s Johnson’s Model A outboards used Champion 7 sparkplugs. What are good replacements for Champion 7sparkplugs? Do they still may Champion 7 plugs?

If you really want to keep it original check EBay, they pop up once and a while. This guy has a used one.
