        I am not sure about down in the US, but up here they are not common and command more than your average motor.

          Too much for me for a “parts” motor unless I had a complete one
          that needed a power head or something vital. I do have the
          5 hp Challenger though……. nice running motors. Maybe some
          day I’ll get a Commander.
          For kicks, I did contact the seller, and he says it does turn
          over with some compression…….. for what that’s worth.
