4 motors followed me home today. An Elto Fleet Twin 4335-01244, Evinrude Sportsman 4407-03079, Johnson J-25 108934, and an electric Phantom Husky (electric trolling motor) 03345. When were these motors made?
      Thanks, Robert

        Not 100% certain, but I believe the 4335 is a 1939-1941 model.
        Evinrude 4407 is a 1947 model.
The Johnson J-25 had a production run for several years, but the serial number suggests yours is a 1929 model.
No idea on the Phantom Husky.

Your “Old Outboard Book” has the answers to the questions you just asked – 8^D – It’s my most used reference. I have worn out three so far.

Nice haul of old iron. I believe the Elto Fleetwin is a 1939. I have the same model. It’s a good motor.

Further research I believe that the Sportsman is actually a Ranger. The serial number is 4407-03079. According to the old outboard book 4407 is a Ranger.

                    Sportsman would be 4414,4415, 4416 or 4417.
