      I have several Evinrude outboard motors hear that I am getting ready to replace the plug wires on. One is a Zephyr model 4404. and two are Sportsman models 4409 and 4416. To get it close to original equipment, should I be using cloth covered plug wire?

        No – those models used black high voltage wire.
