These electric fuel pumps come in high or low pressure versions. The one shown is a low pressure pump and should work on our motors. Hang around the mud mower and racing mower sites and the guys talk about using these pumps.

I have a new one here which I used recently to pump 140 litres of gas out of my boats main tank. It never missed a beat and is back in its box waiting for a home.

I have a project of reinstalling a built-in tank in my Crestliner Dane. This has me wondering if I should include an electric pump as part of the deal. Does anyone know of the Coast Guard approval status of these things? I’m not sure the requirement strictly applies to outboards, but…..
