Both North York Marine and Reprotint paints have dull aluminum in quarts. I’ve always used rattle can paints from NY Marine – haven’t used their dull aluminum but their paint is always of high quality.

I’ve had great results with the Duplicolor Cast Aluminum engine block paint and clear coat.
          Fuel resistant and looks great.
I get mine at my local NAPA
