      Canada Member - 2 Years

      I have a Elgin  model C571 596632  serial 596632 1300 that I would like to get a year and hp rating  , It does have a HP key to lower the throttle response the hood has a small 20 on the front I have not been able to find this model and the Elgin website is infected with a viruse

        your Elgin is a 1963 20 hp Elgin 2 cycle outboard made by west bend

          your Elgin C 571 596632 .   The letter C stands for,  was made in Canada according to  DISCOUNT MARINE
