Not complete the timer or coil yet, so just tucked the plug wire around for now, but wanted to see how it looked together. Coming along, few more things to fix.

I like it! Especially sitting on a period correct stand!

    Does it run?

    I’m hoping it will run!

I still have to do the coil, and the timer. My timer was broken, and my parts motor Ruddertwin seems to have a stuck flywheel, Im working on that as we speak. Hopefully that timer is good.

Want to get her on the water this summer.

    Chris,
Is that the one that you had the nickle plating done on? Looks great. I have some parts I would like to have done, but having a hard time finding someone local.

Yeah Adam this is the one.

The jugs look nice nickel plated I think. Next time I have a plan to keep it out of the cylinders though! Was a lot of work to make them usable again.

The tank I wish I would have taken a bit more time to prep pre plating. It is just a motor I will use, so did not want to get too deep into polishing, but I now wish I would have taken the top of the tank off and popped out the few small dings. They really show after plating.

Very nice work on the Ruddertwin. And worth mentioning that they can plane a boat, at least the later 4 hp motors.

Chris, what do you know about the stand in your pictures? I have one that I was told, many years ago, was a Caille product, but I’ve never been able to document that.

As much as I wish that my stand was original, its only a few months old.

We have some talented guys in our chapter! They made it from an original.

    Chris,

That looks great. Motors that age need a few small dents.
