Hello I have purchased a few old motors the oldest is a Evinrude Sport Twin 3.3 from 1941-1946 Is it worth the time & effort to restore this old motor it is complete even has original decals & starting instructions on the motor Also in the same lot was a Johnson AD-10M 1437306 I think it is a 7.4 but I don’t know it is in the best shape worth my time or not ?

Their all worth restoring if you enjoy it as a hobby. The sportsman looks in pretty good shape. Check to see if it’s getting fire and go from there. I find myself asking the same question but once I start I remember how much fun it is

        It's a jungle out there.

It’s all about the hobby. If “worth restoring” means potential profit, don’t quit your day job. Actually, there is a lot of history and educational value wrapped up in the old opposed twin Evinrude. With that background, you will see the vast changes that were made in the AD-10, among the “modern” alternate firing twins.
