      The wrench is that flat vertical thing with the holes in it, yellow arrow, and the shear pins are pointed out by the blue arrows.  The tiller handle unscrews and magically turns into a screwdriver which is used to remove one of the 4423-wrenchsm

      the side covers so you can get at the plug.
