Does anyone know the part numbers  for the engine base gasket and the impeller for the model 7520 Evinrude? I picked this motor up awhile back and it is running now but not a lot of water coming out. All ignition was original so thinking that is to. I have a 1957 7,5 and I can find the part numbers for that but I dont want take a chance that they had not changed.

What year is a 7520?  You must be very careful here.  You mention a 1957 7.5hp, which is a 7522.  The base gaskets changed in 1956.  Basically, if your engine has the spring mount system it uses one style gasket.  The other gasket is used if your engine has rubber mounts.  Using the wrong gasket will create a problem.  Post a picture of your engine, or determine what model year a 7520 is…

OK, just determined that a 7520 is a 1956 model, which has the rubber mounts.  So, the proper base gasket is:

            OMC/BRP:  304314

            These are available from marineengine.com

see parts list   cousin Johnson   choose wisely     18-3001c looks different from  304314   ???

check your base pattern   apply some oil and squash a paper over it     to get a design copy .

              match to 304314 or… 18-3001c from VO.com
