Hi all I am sure Mcmaster-Carr has suitable replacement fuel pump diaphragm material but They just have so many I am not sure where to start. Any Ideas anyone? Thanks, Brian in Michigan 810-794-7685

Take your micrometer to Harbor Freight and check their Buna-n gloves. Read somewhere that they have been used for fuel pump material.

            012 is the thickness.

1/64" that Frank posted is close enough!

Go to Ollie’s Marine in the links section. He has Buna-N-Nitrite .15 thickness. I have used it in fuel pumps with great success.

                  1/64" = 0.016"
