Not sure what the stuff is called but it attaches to the bottom of your remote gas tank so it’s quieter in the boat. Years ago someone was selling small sections either here or on ebay. Anybody know what i’m talking about? Anybody seen it for sale lately?

I have seen this stuff before, I think OMC offered it in white….Just be careful, that molding tends to hold moisture inside against the bottom edge of the tank, could actually promote rust….

I have heard that before. And it makes sense! I usually take mine off when i fill it with gas, wipe the edge down and put it back on.

Tempo sold the white one. They went out of business over ten years ago. Also no more portable metal tanks are sold.
