      Wondering if anyone makes headgaskets or knows someone who does for a 1947 Evinrude Zephyr 4404? If not, what type of gasket material could I use to cut my own that would be comparable to the original?

        Don’t the Zephyrs just have cylinder gaskets, and no removable heads?
        If so, just a good quality automotive gasket material of the correct thickness
        would do. I’m guessing they’re pretty thin material.
