Don’t know if this matters but these are the plugs in it. I used a jeweler loop on the serial number and each number has a double like they stamped it twice . Until someone more knowledgeable then me chimes in I think it’s a Frankie motor of a kg4h some just threw random parts on. The owner before me must have painted it or tried to looks like in the past 10 years someone was working on it fuel hose isn’t petrified plus I think it should of been copper
