      asking this for a buddy at work. how does the prop come off of a 1994 2 hp Johnson? looks like there’s no prop nut? looks like it’s part of the prop? sorry to be at such a loss. my limited experience with outboards ends in the year 1959.

      he says it’s not pumping water.

        Held on by a cotter pin thru the ‘nut’

          thanks oz! after I posted the question, I was looking for the model at their site and there it is! it looked like there might be a pin in the spot where it would normally be, but I have not seen the motor in person. he texted the picture to me. interesting that the prop and nut have become "one". 😆
