ID of this Boat with a KD-15 Johnson?

Added one more photo:

A friend just inherited the boat in the photo with a KD-15 Johnson on it.  Can anyone tell me the make of the boat?   It is painted on the bottom, so I’m also wondering if that is stock, of if it means someone fiberglassed over the bottom and then painted?  I’ve only seen the photos, so don’t have more to go on, and the boat is not located in my state.  The rig may come up for sale in the next few months.

Thoughts on the manufacturer?

Real nice boat and set-up.  Don’t know the maker…. what part of the country did it come from, that might help ID a maket.

The boat is licensed in Ohio, but I don’t know the history behind it, or if it’s always been there.   The license ends in “AD”, so it has likely been in Ohio since at least 1958 when licensing got started.

Thx for the guess – I tried to look up the company and found only one reference to “PRIWING”  and no photos (spelled different – maybe not the “PRYWING” company you mentioned?).  Found it in the wood boat company list at fiberglassics . com.
