identification of outboard engine used in Poland 1929

Hello,
I would like to ask you to help me to identify outboard engine which was used by Polish army in 1929. I have found picture of a small motor boat with a engine which probably come from US (but I am not sure).

Thank you very much for your help! This model of Evinrude was used in Polish army and police so it is very helpful information.
I wonder what can be the prices of this model if any museum in Poland would like to purchase it. I have not found any current offers on Ebay.com but maybe you can suggest any other places I can look for?
