      I was told this is an A-25. Lower unit looks different than other a-25s I have seen. Any thoughts?

        It looks like an A 25 or 35 but the gearcase looks more like one from a 200 or 210. Parts may have gotten switched around in the past.

          complete lower unit , incl. bracket looks from a model 200 / 210 .
