Compression in both cylinders is identically 65 psi.  Both held the pressure.

There are a few score marks along the length of the cylinders walls.   Don’t see any waviness in the walls.

I would assume 65 psi may be fine for low speed, but for higher not so good…???  So minimum—- hone the walls and new rings.

65 may be ok at high speed but poor or no idle.  Replace the primer seals, clean and test the one way fuel valve to the low speed orifice, and then test run it.  If no idle then hone it and new rings.

          lloyd,

Thanks.   I had thought high speed required higher compression but never thought about compression compared to idle.  Hey, I’m still learning.

          I’m waiting for parts availability.
