Would anyone out there have a high resolution scan of a parts list for a HD25 carburetor assembly? I want to go through the carb and make sure that it isn’t missing anything in the way of parts. Thanks!

That’s a good link, but is there any packing that is used to seal the high and low speed needles for the carburetion? I finally got my HD 25 to run off its high speed carb circuit, and I’m seriously thinking of making a runner out of this one.

The HD-25 parts book is not much help, I cleaned up the carburetor page – – – 🙄

The only packing is for the low speed needle. It is part no. 41-275, and I don’t see it on Garry’s carburetor diagram probably because it is separate from the carburetor body. I don’t have my parts manual with me, but it maybe shown on the power head diagram.

The original packing is very durable, but if you want to replace it, some of the vintage parts sellers in the club have this part. I got mine from Ed Elliot.

Edit: After looking at the "Powerhead and Carburetor Parts Diagram" on my computer instead of my phone, I do see the 41-275 part. It can be seen at the upper right of the parts diagram.

Thanks for all the replies. Hopefully I can get it out and test it on the water soon!

Thanks for those, I’ll print them out at work and add them to my manuals library.

The smaller diameter packing washer on the left is the 41-275 part. The larger diameter packing washer on the right is from a 439071 carb kit used in the OMC 1950’s classics.
