      Does anyone have a pdf of owners manuel or repair manuel for a 1940 Johnson PO 15. It also needs one of the spark plug covers

        A lot of the repair procedures for the PO’s should be covered in the 1922-1955 Johnson, 3rd edition repair manual.
        It may be available for download somewhere on the Internet, or I could try emailing you my PDF
        version, if you PM me your email address.

            “Exceed 25 mb Limit”. Hopefully someone else will be able to send it to you.

                Here’s a parts manual for the Johnson PO-15.

                1946-50-Johnson-22.5hp-PO-15-Parts-Manual

                I’ll have to look around a bit for any repair related manuals. Please be patient.

                    Let’s see if this works for the ’55 Third Edition:

                    OK, that didn’t work so I can email it to you instead. Give me a few minutes to get it set up.

                    Back in the day, Johnson didn’t have specific repair manuals for each model motor so the Third Edition covers all Johnson outboards from 1922 – 1955. Enjoy!
