The paint maybe 75% complete but it is incorrect those motors were not that color they originally were silver and the army repainted them with a drab green over the top of everything, value depends on a lot of factors does it run is the crankshaft good is a complete are the cylinders cracked or not the true value your motor somewhere between $100 to $300 in the condition it’s in from what I see IMHO if you can find someone interested in buying it 😉

yes i cleaned it up and it is in great condition minus the decal on the tank – paint is 75% – prop looks like new – i polished the prop to a nice shine and the brass guard tubes around it i cleaned those up as well to a brass shine – the decal is about the worse thing – i washed and waxed it so that pic was right from the start – i already own it – plan on displaying it but might sell if price is right. And yes the aluminum piece i figured was a made afterward since it didnt really match anything else on it – but they did a good job attaching the exhaust.

make sure you use the right oil and fuel ratio and you might want to put a little gas oil mix in each cylinder and move it back-and-forth before you try starting it just to make sure it’s lubricated, they make great conversation pieces hope you enjoy it! I know we all enjoy our motors also, if you decide to get more interested in the old motors you might want to consider joining the club it’s a great source of information and you can find a lot of cool old motors going to meets…. 😎
