I bought this motor last night, washed it today and need help getting more info. So the hood says Super Seahorse and is aluminum which makes me think its a ’58. But I cant find a model anywhere here are the plates/tags I found.

What you have there is a 1958 Evinrude Lark 35hp with a 1958 35hp Johnson Super Seahorse Cowl.

Tiller has been added as well.

That is kinda what I thought it may be. Is there much of a difference (performance and sound) between the evinrude and the super seahorse?

RDS-20 and a great engine to have and run.
Correction! Chris is absolutely correct. ‘Tis an Evinrude with an RDS-20 hood.
If you want to see one in action take a look at this video of our Suwanee Run last April.

Is there an online parts book that anyone is aware of? And how hard is it to add a generator?

Marineengine.com has the parts list for it.
Best way to add a generator kit is to find a parts engine having that kit.
What I have found is that a fully charged battery will last more than a weekend easily.
I have a generator kit on mine but have the belt pulled off of it as the battery lasts longer than I need it to.

Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram, I want to remove the ignition they put on the motor and go back to a factory style plug (which I also need to locate one)

Before you consider installing a generator, make sure the drive pulley is secure on the flywheel. They usually fell off.
