      I have 2 Johnsons model TD-20 with cast fuel tanks.Was that common?

        They are early production ones, that are still using the TS15 type tanks, probably from ’46 when they started production back after the war. They were essentially the same motor with a few changes such as recoil starters and paint color. Later on they changed them to the cheaper, easily dented thin wall tanks. I have a ’41 TS15, and the tank is dent free even though it obviously is well used.

          When you get around to running them, you will need new primer seals. Look at Adam1961 post for instructions on how to order them, or just call me at 231-929-7479.
