      Hi folks,

      I have a badly damaged rotary housing on a Johnson vr-45 two stroke motor. Was wondering if anyone had any idea what the clearances should be for the barrel rotor into the housing. I assume if it is too tight it may seize but if it is too loose then it will prevent the motor from idling. Any ideas? Thanks
