      Hello I am Very new to Vintage Mercs. I just bought a pair of KG7s and one has the racing lower unit on it, But it is missing its gear set. How hard are they to find.? Thank you for all your help.

        There are new and used gears available out there.  Good used gears are easier to find and work well if only for occasional use.

          Frank Erion used to have gear sets. Contact him. (I don’t have a number) He may be a member.
