      I don’t know if this help but, Try putting the magneto plate in the oven at 200 degrees overnight to expand everything. Mama may not agree!

          Nice job, looks and sounds great.

          Mine has a ways to go but pleased with what I have to work with.

          Where did you buy for decals?

            Motor ran great in the barrel.
            Wasn’t on the boat 2 minuets and the crank-
            shaft broke.
            I believe I got them from a man in Canada who
            has since passed away. He had a vinyl decal
            company make them and they have (or had) all
            the art work. He had quite a selection.
            I got the Co. to make me some shortly after he
            died but they showed little interest in making
            them. Looking on their website at that time,
            they didn’t list anything as far as outboard
            decals. Its been a few years ago.
