      Back in the day I ran a 10hp Merc Hurricane on a Class B runnabout. Looking for one like it. It had driver controls in rear cockpit and a second cockpit up front with a board seat for a passenger. Do not know the make, did not ever think it was homemade….looks similar to the SpeedLiner Class C boats I have recently seen but only 10′ long rather than 12.         There are a lot of boats around that fit that description. Even a couple kit boats if your ambitious . . .
