I was looking at the Johnson common parts list and it says they are compatible.

This is the link for it in case you need it or future reference https://www.joeoutboard.com/resources/Manuals/Johnson/JohnsonCommonParts.pdf

Thanks M for posting that. I have a 1931 OA-55  that’s getting near the top of the list and it has some damaged and missing parts. Tubs

A "Boat House Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

I suspect you have a connecting rod already, but incase you don’t, I know I have one from an LS. I’m not sure if it is good. If you do need one, I’ll find it and check it out. If it looks to be OK you can have if you need it.  Tubs

Rod fit on crankshaft and wrist pin is good. Piston looks OK. What is you postal code. I’ll stop in at the post office next time I go into town and find out how much to ship it. Then you can decide if you still want it. Do you have a U.S. address I can ship it to? Tubs

Hi Tubs Seems i made a mistake when i posted this thread. Im looking for parts for a KA 37. Not an LT37. Got my letters mixed up.
so still in need of connecting rod and piston with rings. Or can i buy new rings somewhere.
                  Sorry for the confusion.
