Martin 75 Twist Shift Gear oil?

What are you using for gear oil in these.

If memory serves, I think that one is SAE40 oil, not grease or 80/90 gear oil.

Where are you getting it at.
Doesn’t seem to be the easiest stuff to find.

Tubs….check a parts store/speed shop that caters to circle-burners. Straight 40 Valvoline Racing Oil usta’ be a common weapon of choice with those guys.

I got some 40wt at Tractor Supply in a 2-gallon jug. If you come to Maine this summer I will give you what you need.

I saw that 2-gallon jug. My closest TSC doesn’t stock it.
One in driveing distance does but what was I going to do
with 2 gallons. I found 1 quart on eBay for the same $20.00
as the 2 gallon jug from TSC. twostroke just hooked me up.
with a quart. I’ve put all new seals in this thing but if I
should have to change it a lot and run out I’ll look you up.

Needs non-detergent too…now that’s even harder to find.
