Membership Form to Print?

Critical to easily PRINT a Membership Form to pass on to others ! Where is it?
I know we can do everything on line, but some can not do that. We need to easily PRINT membership forms to carry with us
when we go to the lakes & Rivers to share our story and club Info. with others to JOIN. Why can I not EASILY Find & PRINT a Form?
Thanks for help in adding a FORM “On TOP” and Not buried in deep menus some where, which I have NOT been able to find it yet.

I have another new member who wants to join, but no form to hand him…..Frustrated, Please help….

Currently, there is no printable membership form but options on this website to pay by check.  What you need to do is review our main menu upper right side of the website and click on JOIN NOW all options will show up. There you will see a Pay By Check option click on fill out and follow the instructions. All pay by check will take up to 3 weeks to get accepted due to snail mail possibly longer. As always, we encourage our online options that allow instant membership once completed.

Here is one from the past. Circa 1990? I did not copy the application panel as it is outdated. Color would be a nice upgrade.
