          With apologies,

          Carburetor: Yes there are two bone simple Tillotsons of the period. Easy to refurbish, as long as the floats still float.

          Lower unit: drain and refill with Lubriplate 105. run the motor some, drain and see if there is any water in the lube.  If so, round up the necessary seals. Easy job, lower units don’t get much simpler.

          "Fox News" isn't.
