Thanks Dave……polybelts could not help. Dimensions are 16″ length tooth pitch 7mm (.27) width 9.5mm (.37) 57 teeth

I wonder if they can be 3d printed? Hopefully somebody will find a solution.

One more place to check is Joe Poole.   http://www.fergusonpoolemarine.com/    Send these guy an email they will get back to you.  They might have an option for you.  They are currently out of stock but I am sure they will be getting more belts in eventually.  Very good people!

I checked with Joe Poole and he has not yet found another source for the belts. He’s looked into having them made and it’s cost prohibitive. For the moment we’re SOL. Thanks mercury!
