Need help to ID motor

      Got this little motor the other day but I am unable to ID it.Motor itself says Tecumseh but there is no model or serial number.I have found a flywheel casting number 31332. Also there is a tag on the intake that reads 4417500.Just wondering if anyone may know the make or model or hp.Thanks you for looking. I am sending a few photos for you to look at.             I don’t think it is an Eska. But I don’t know what it is either.

              It’s an Arrow, a minor Canadian aberration. Looks like the small one, 3-hp Tecumseh ph.
