      Can anyone tell me the size of the O ring for the top of Johnson RD 14 drive shaft?

        I believe all RDs at least thru RD18 are the same. For RD18 size is 11/16 inch OD x 1/2 inch ID. That would have 3/32 inch thickness. I have bought from an assortment that VIP Auto had behind the counter.

          This is the actual o-ring part number and size specs listed. .500 X .100. You can see the OEM # also which supercedes.

            Interesting, .500 x .100 would be .700 OD x -500 ID. The numbers I have are .687 OD x 0.500 ID. So the factory outer diameter would be only .013 inch larger. I got my numbers from a supplier cross reference table. That does seem a reasonable equivalent.
