      Is there a good source for pre-50’s condensers?If the one being replaced is not ID’d how do you determine a replacement?

        build your own. use the original container get a linier capacitor 600v x the capacitance you need . mount it in the original condenser . works great for me. cheap also about $2.00 . 1 914 310 7086.

          You can look into the Merc O tronic manual to determine which coil you are supposed to be using, this will allow you by using the book to determine the correct condenser to use. What motor, I can look that up for you if you like

            Johnson HA39 and Johnson 200

              EP125 for the Johnson 200, RR 175 or RR176 for the HA39 they are both found it Napa auto-parts….i’m sure Garry Spencer will be posting a chart for you, this information came off his chart 😉
