This company carries the red hose and period correct brass clamps. https://restorationstuff.com/

Tubs, the Evinrude ferrules look “nice”, and better that clamps.
I can’t tell, but are the ferrules wedged / forced into the hose?
It doesn’t look like they’re crimped.

I downloaded that restoration catalog…… lots of neat stuff I’ll have to look at……
I don’t get a Sears Christmas catalog anymore, and this looks more interesting
        anyway!

        Prepare to be boarded!

I’m going to jump here, I have a RBM with the original ferrules. They are not crimped nor are they pressed INTO the hose. Simply there to keep the hose end nice and neat and prevent fraying. I think that since this is essentially a zero pressure system, the hoses were just push fit onto the nipples.

You know on second thought, the hose shown on the parts list and the ferrules are for the short hose , cylinder to exhaust manifold. This hose is captured between the two opposing nipples and can not come loose. The long hose , water pump to cylinder is not shown. Now this hose could be very susceptible to coming off the pump nipple. I would believe that this long hose would have had clamps of some sort.
Tubs, see anything for the long hose on the parts list?

I used 3/8 In I.D. Goodyear Red Horizon 200 from Process Hose to complete the restoration on my Caille.
As mentioned above the writing comes off with acetone.

A "Boat House Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
