Hello: I just recently picked up a 7.5 hp Sears game fisher. Unknown year. I cannot find the serial number on it. The engine is a Tecumseh 710405a single  cylinder aircooled water cooled exhaust engine. Turns over fine but no spark. I am looking  for a coil and a set of points and condenser. Also a carburetor kit or replacement carburetor. Hate to give up on it looks like it had little use. Any assistance would be welcomed. Thanks jim

carbs   frequenetly  just need a clean up… no kit

spark wise  try just a good points clean up… coil may be perfectly good.     condensers…. well they are likely bad

James, Have you had the flywheel off yet and determined that in fact that motor has a conventual magneto with points , coil and condenser? Some of the later Gamefisher’s had an electronic module controlling the ignition.

Yes James lets see a pic of the engine and the mag plate.  Once we see what it looks like I’m sure someone can come up with a parts list and suggested service procedure.  My experience with those is that the coils are usually good,  points can usually be cleaned and condensers can be replaced inexpensively with something from NAPA or similar.
