      Im restoring this motor, so it seems like the cowl splits in 2 where the rubber grommet is around the circ of the cowl. I have removed the 2 Phillips screws from the front, but do not want to force the clips. Has anyone done one of these before. I would rather not crack it by forcing it!

          Yeah that’s it. Im separating #25 from #24. You can see the #14 clips around the outer edge holding them together. Just not apparent how they pop out. Looking at this though shows a #13 screw up from the top. Ill go down and take a look thanks.
