      Bingo. That’s it for sure. I also have TN and TD 5 hp units so I am familiar with both types of impellers. The wobbler is ingenious in it’s simplicity. Glad I found guys who know “stuff about stuff”.
      If anyone happens to know why my 1945 6 hp Muncie Neptune recoil spring rakes so bad it prevents it working , that would be golden. Two washers under each of the 3 screws lifts it off the tank and it works fine. Spring seems too proud. Perhaps someone threw the wrong one in? What would be the dimensions of the original? Ps: I did figure out how to rewind this very intricate recoil. Many winter projects during the Ebola.

        Could it be that the gas tank on the Neptune is suppose to have some shims / washers
        under the gas tank? They’d look better there than under the rewind.

          Holy cow, I think that will work. 2 horizontal bolts up front(put washers here), two vertical ones on the rear(I’ll elongate the bolt holes to allow some upper movement. Thanks for “outside the box” thinking Buccaneer.
